understand your needs. We will not sell you anything - our role
is to recommend you the most appropriate product and insurance
provider - we want to add value to your company and our aim
is to be your first choice broker both now, and in the years
to come.
Understanding your needs starts with a "conversation"
- either by phone or e-mail and ends with a recommendation
that is suitable for you and your employees. During this process,
there may be a need for a face-to-face meeting dependant on
the complexity, but generally most of the business we transact
can be conducted over the phone or by e-mail.
We cannot stress enough that to act properly and
professionally for you, we must understand your requirements
fully.
IMS is independent, which means that we represent
a large number of insurance companies and are not tied to
a particular provider. We are also your broker, which means
that we act in your interest at all times.
Once you become a client of IMS, that is not the end of
our role. Clients of IMS are contacted regularly to:
- inform you of scheme developments and changes
- ensure that the programme is meeting your needs
- help resolve any issues that may arise
